Here is a fantastic opportunity for YOU these jobs are based within Children and Family Services, specifically within the Child Care Team and Fostering & Adoption Team. It is a great opportunity for anyone qualified and interested in working together with children and their families to achieve best outcomes for children at risk.

Description: You would work with children, young people and their families to achieve positive outcomes; identifying and facilitating appropriate services and resources, implementation of care plans, maintaining full and accurate records, preparing and presenting reports; participating in case reviews/conferences and providing recommendations, evidence and written assessments for appropriate legal proceedings.
We are looking for
- You have a Diploma or BA in Social Work/Pedagogy - CCW Registration Required - please ask me if unclear.
- You have a driving license and the willingness to drive in the UK.
- You have a high level of English and lots of enthusiasm
- Ideally you have experience in a similar environment and are good at coping with pressure.
- If all goes well, you want to stay in the job for at least 2 years
- And MOST IMPORTANTLY you are passionate about promoting the rights of the children!
