For our client providing a range of health, safety and environmental testing and consultancy services to clients throughout Scotland and UK, we are searching for an experienced Asbestos Consultant (location in Aberdeen).

The position will manage handle asbestos services (testing, surveying, management & training), broaden skills into non-asbestos Health, Safety & Environmental services (health & safety, noise, occupational hygiene), and run and develop a small regional office in Aberdeen. The job holder will be required to work offshore on a regular basis. Work involves a degree of unsocial hours and work away from home, for which you will receive additional payment.

Candidate should hold a certificate in Asbestos surveying. Successful candidates should preferably have some experience in testing/consultancy services such as noise, health & safety, environmental consultancy, occupational hygiene. One should be a self-starter, able to work without day-to-day supervision. Good communication skills (fluent English) are also required.
