Our client, a national engineering consultancy, has an immediate need for an experienced Hydrologist / Hydraulic Modeller in Ipswich and Cambridge offices. The position will support hydrological modelling projects including drainage strategies and flood risk planning.

The candidate should hold a degree in related discipline, and have at least 2 years of experience in hydrological modelling using HECRAS/ISIS and 2D hydrodynamic modelling software for fluvial watercourse and tidal breach modelling. Preferably the applicant will have knowledge of hydraulics and understanding of drainage planning and design, FEH WINFAP, TUFLOW, SURFER, MICRODRAINAGE software. Fluent English is required.
