We are currently looking for a Manager to head up our newly established Warsaw Branch. Duties will include contract managing, interviewing, reporting figures and generating new business. You will have a free hand in managing the branch, to include all hiring of staff, deciding on the client mix and direct P&L responsibility. To achieve success in the role you will be responsible for several different dynamics, including:

- Developing business in the local area, either through current contacts or by generating new leads.
- Leading and managing the recruitment team to develop them and to ensure effective processes and targets are met.
- Recruiting for the occasional senior role if necessary.

What we are looking for:

- Strong operational recruitment background, minimum 2 years
- Experience of managing a team; Recruitment Management/Supervisory experience would be an advantage.
- Strong process focus, ideally from an Executive Search background
- Proficiency in English plus fluency in the local language
- Good team spirit and proactive drive.

The ideal applicant will have good knowledge of the local area / market. You will be a focused, committed individual with excellent client rapport and communication skills. You must be able to maintain existing business as well as generate new business and bring on stable, long term clients. You will be able to speak to clients easily over the telephone as well as face-to-face to generate new sales. You will lead the team by example and have the ability to coach and develop those around you. Excellent motivational skills are required. Full training and ongoing support will be given in all aspects of the business.

The remuneration package includes base salary plus bonus and the possibility of a car.
